As a Co-Founder of Green Brine since 2023, he leads the firm’s legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and international investment structuring. He specializes in corporate commercial law with a focus on Debt Capital Markets, Financial Regulatory Law, and the Oil & Gas sector. An Admitted Attorney in Namibia, his global academic background includes an LLB from the University of Namibia, an LLM from the United States, and a Certificate in International Law from Singapore. He is currently a New York Bar candidate.
